Refund Policy

Final Sale Regulation:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. The purchaser's acknowledgement and agreement to this policy is mandatory at the time of transaction. Refusal to comply will result in the denial of service provision.

Limited Order Adjustment Window:
A 24-hour administrative adjustment window is provided for order modifications. Orders are processed on the subsequent business day. Requests for modifications within this period may be considered for a discretionary refund, subject to agency review and less any applicable merchant transaction fees, not to exceed $25.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise Replacement:
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced within seven (7) calendar days from the documented delivery date. A single replacement will be provided at no cost. Subsequent replacements may incur processing and shipping fees.

Non-Receipt of Electronic Orders:
For electronically delivered orders, verification of email spam or junk folders is required. If the order remains unlocatable, immediate contact with the agency's support division is mandated. We will assist in the retrieval and retransmission of the order.

Non-Receipt of USPS Delivered Orders:
For orders delivered via USPS, tracking information is available. If the order is deemed undeliverable, a single replacement shipment will be provided at no cost. Additional shipments may require postage fees.
